 Tips to Increase Immunity

1. Drink warm water from time to time. Drink warm water lightly.

2. Meditate daily for at least 30 minutes.

3. Make sure to consume spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander and garlic in your diet.

4. Take one spoon or 10 grams of Chyawanprash daily in the morning. Eat diabetes sugar free Chyawanprash.

5. Drink herbal tea / decoction once or twice a day. To make the decoction, mix basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dry ginger, dry grapes in water and boil it well on low heat. If you want to take sweet, add jaggery as per taste or if you want to get sour then add lemon juice.


6. Take turmeric milk at least once or twice a day. Drink about half a teaspoon of turmeric in 150 ml of warm milk.


7. Nasal application: Apply sesame oil or coconut oil or ghee in both the nostrils of the nose every morning and evening.


8. Oil Pulling Therapy: Take one tablespoon of sesame oil or coconut oil in Mumba. Do not drink it. Spit it after rolling it in the mouth for two to three minutes. After this rinse with lukewarm water. This can be done once or twice a day.


9. On the sore throat or dry phlegm, steam some mint leaves and celery in water and take steam.


10. Mix long powder with jaggery or honey and eat it two to three times a day. See a doctor if there is a dry cough or sore throat for a long time.
